He rushed to judgement (obvious to me). That suddenly called 'expert' set the 'tone' and others followed along. Sure was a Red Flag for me! No doubt in my mind, Tommy Zeigler is innocent!

With the DNA evidence absent from Tommy's clothes and present on one of the victims, how could anyone call that inconsequential? If Tommy dies, the judges (original and appeals) are guilty of murder, and should be tried themselves!

I am 100% certain that William Lynn-Marie Carty wrote: Thomas Zeigler Is Innocent. I am his investigator. His case is now solved. Is that true? I tried to find information about his case and I found nothing!
I just hope this poor, innocent man is finally set free!

Just watched (pre-airing via XBMC) and am deeply disturbed that Mr. Zeigler's innocence is being ignored. Does the state of Florida not have a Project Innocence that can get involved to save this man's life? Shame on the state of Florida and anyone involved in the death penalty process if they put this innocent man to death.
Mr. Zeigler, I am praying that the judicial system authorities will be unable to sleep until this wrong has been made right and you are released to live the remainder of your days in freedom.

Here's the thing...for me it's more than is he innocent, it's does he deserve a new trial to present new evidence and information surrounding evidence. And yes he does. With a new jury and a new judge who can look at it without prejudice.
