With the DNA evidence absent from Tommy's clothes and present on one of the victims, how could anyone call that inconsequential? If Tommy dies, the judges (original and appeals) are guilty of murder, and should be tried themselves!...

Here's the thing...for me it's more than is he innocent, it's does he deserve a new trial to present new evidence and information surrounding evidence. And yes he does. With a new jury and a new judge who can look at it without prejudice....
