Sincerely speaking I think this award has a lot of good to ones career, I commend the organizers. But I must lodge my pain concerning the poll. Why would someone punch over 25 votes and does not reflect. There is no need for voting if there are ways to manipulate this for your person. It is unacceptable that the admin of this phase are not observing some votes ain't counting.so discouraging.
